The Association of Specialty Coffee Producers begins to receive training on Good Agricultural Practices for its members. These trainings will be led by the expert Julián Yepes, Agronomist, specialist in special coffees, Barista and Taster.
This initiative aims to:
- Improve the quality of coffee produced by the members of the association.
- Implement sustainable agricultural practices.
- Protect the environment.
- Provide coffee farmers with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in the specialty coffee industry.
Trainings will cover a wide range of topics, including:
- Coffee growing techniques.
- Plague and illness management.
- Coffee harvesting and processing.
- Coffee grading and tasting.
- Coffee marketing and sales.
